Creative Rising Coaching & Consulting Inc. (“Creative Rising”) is committed to providing services, communications, and digital content in ways that support access, dignity, participation, and inclusion.
Creative Rising recognizes that people access information, learning, coaching, facilitation, and organizational processes in different ways. Accessibility is understood as an ongoing practice, not a one-time feature.
Website accessibility
Creative Rising aims to make its website usable by as many people as possible.
The website is intended to support accessible use through clear structure, readable language, meaningful headings, sufficient contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive links, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Creative Rising’s website is developed with reference to generally recognized web accessibility principles, including making content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Because websites and digital tools change over time, accessibility is reviewed and improved as the site develops.
Accessible communication
Creative Rising will make reasonable efforts to communicate in ways that meet access needs.
Upon request, Creative Rising can provide information in plain language, alternate formats, or accessible formats where reasonably possible. This may include adjusting document format, communication method, meeting structure, timing, or other participation conditions.
Accessibility in services
Creative Rising’s work may include coaching, facilitation, strategic inquiry, learning design, research, engagement, workshops, meetings, interviews, and digital collaboration.
Accessibility needs, participation conditions, confidentiality, communication preferences, and accommodation-related considerations may be discussed as part of engagement design, project planning, or service agreements.
Creative Rising designs participation with attention to access, difference, and the varied ways people think, communicate, and make meaning.
Third-party tools
Creative Rising may use third-party tools for scheduling, videoconferencing, forms, email, cloud storage, collaboration, or other business functions.
These tools operate under their own accessibility practices and technical limitations. Where a tool creates an access barrier, Creative Rising will work with the person or client to identify another way to communicate, participate, or share information where possible.
Feedback and access requests
If you experience an access barrier on the website or in communicating with Creative Rising, feedback is welcome.
To request accessible information, identify an access barrier, or ask about participation needs, clients, participants, and website visitors may contact:
