Creative Rising Coaching & Consulting Inc. (“Creative Rising”) respects the privacy of clients, prospective clients, collaborators, project participants, and website visitors.
This policy explains how Creative Rising collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains personal information through its website, communications, business operations, and professional services.

People may also communicate with Creative Rising through channels such as email, telephone, text messaging, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, or videoconferencing platforms.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy and security practices. Some may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction.
Creative Rising remains responsible for personal information under its control when service providers are used to support its work.
Where information is sensitive or confidential, Creative Rising may ask that communication move to a more appropriate business channel or working environment.
Artificial intelligence and digital tools
Creative Rising may use artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital tools to support aspects of its business and professional work, such as research assistance and data synthesis.
AI-assisted work is subject to human review and does not replace professional judgment. Where AI is used in connection with client or project information, Creative Rising considers privacy, confidentiality, contractual obligations, and the sensitivity of the information involved.
Where a client has applicable AI, data, or technology-use requirements, Creative Rising works in accordance with those requirements, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.
Website information and analytics
The Creative Rising website may collect limited technical information, such as device or browser information, IP address, referring pages, pages visited, and general usage information. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for website functionality and analytics.
Creative Rising may use analytics to understand website use, assess performance, and improve content and services. If its analytics or tracking practices materially change, this policy will be updated.
Security and retention
Creative Rising uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information it handles.
